FoxholeHub aggregates content from third-party services. By using FoxholeHub, you also agree to be bound by the terms of service of these third-party platforms:

Foxhole War API: War statistics are provided by the official Foxhole War API, developed by Clapfoot. This data is used under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
YouTube: By using FoxholeHub, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Twitch: Content from Twitch is subject to the Twitch Terms of Service.
Steam: Player count data is provided via the Steam Web API, subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

Non-Commercial Use

FoxholeHub is a non-commercial community project. We do not monetize this service through advertising, subscriptions, donations, or any other means. This project is provided free of charge to the Foxhole community.

Description of Service

FoxholeHub is a community hub that aggregates publicly available information related to the video game Foxhole, including:

Live war statistics from the official Foxhole War API
YouTube videos and shorts from community content creators
Twitch live streams and clips from Foxhole streamers
Steam player count data

All content displayed is owned by the respective content creators and platforms. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

User Conduct

When using FoxholeHub, you agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Attempt to access data or features not intended for public access
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

FoxholeHub is not affiliated with Siege Camp or the Foxhole game. All game-related content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FoxholeHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service.

Third-party content is provided by external APIs and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or unavailability beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxholeHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
